Yecholot - Vocational Program

Come work with us!

Seeach Sod’s size works for you by providing opportunities to advance in employment

Seeach Sod’s vocational programs enable adults with disabilities to have gainful and productive employment opportunities. The programs provide a wide range of employment options suited for different levels of functioning, providing each adult with the opportunity to find employment that fits his or her preferences and abilities. Official work environment, salary, dignity, and satisfaction – these all contribute the lives of the adults in our programs, giving them content and purpose. Alongside their work, participants enjoy recreational activities that provide a social outlet and new experiences.

Staff: The staff of the vocational programs train and assist the participants, helping them find work that is most appropriate for their level of functioning and their personal preferences. Staff includes trained vocational counselors, vocational supervisors, social workers, a psychologist, paramedical professionals, enrichment teachers.

Vocational Training: In every vocational program, the participants receive training in areas that relate to the world of employment, including outward appearance, financial responsibility, improvement of motor skills, and use of public transportation.

The Vocational Program is divided into three branches:

In-House Employment | Supported Employment | Industrial Vocational Program

In-House Employment:

Participants work in the Seeach Sod building, performing tasks according to their abilities.
